All packages include at least one comprehensive annual maintenance visit performed by our factory-trained technicians. Each visit covers your generator’s fuel system, battery, electrical connections, enclosure, and a full system verification test to confirm the unit is ready to run.

  • Priority emergency response, 24/7 including weekends and holidays

  • 10% discount on replacement parts and labor outside routine maintenance

What Our Annual Maintenance Visit Includes

Every comprehensive maintenance visit follows our detailed service checklist, covering the following systems on your generator:

  • Battery and Starting System: Battery load test, terminal cleaning, charger voltage check, and starting motor inspection.

  • Fuel System: Fuel line inspection, filter check, leak inspection, and fuel pressure verification.

  • Electrical Connections: Inspection of all wiring, wire ties, clamps, terminal ends, AC output voltage, and DC control fuse.

  • Enclosure and General Condition: Clearance verification, enclosure cleaning, oil leak check, and alarm code review.

  • System Verification Test: We run the unit in manual mode, simulate a power outage, verify automatic transfer, and check amp draw on each leg under connected load.
