Home electrical assessment: We check your panel’s available capacity and run a load calculation before recommending a charger setup for your home.

Tesla and universal charger installation: As a Tesla Energy Certified Installer, we install the Tesla Wall Connector to Tesla’s own specifications, or a universal Level 2 charger sized to your vehicle if you drive another EV brand.

Permit and inspection coordination: We handle the permit application and schedule the required inspection, so you’re not stuck managing that paperwork yourself.

Commissioning and walkthrough: Once your charger is mounted and wired, we test it, set up the app, and walk you through how it works before we leave.

Routine checkups: We inspect the breaker and wiring feeding your charger, verify grounding, check the mounting and weather sealing, and finish with a test charge.

Wi-Fi and app checks: A lot of charging complaints trace back to a dropped Wi-Fi connection or an app that’s lost its pairing rather than a wiring problem, so we check both at every visit.

Service after home changes: If you’ve added a standby generator, solar system, or other smart-home equipment, we confirm your charger still performs the way it should alongside it.

Diagnostic visits: We ask what you’ve noticed and when it started, inspect the charger, cable, and connector, then check the circuit feeding it.

Wiring and connection repairs: We diagnose and repair issues with your charger’s wiring, mounting, connections, and the circuit behind it.

Manufacturer issue support: When the trouble points to an internal component failure inside the charger itself, we help you document it and point you toward the manufacturer.

Written findings: You get a clear explanation of what we found and what it means for your charger before any repair work starts.
